Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their IT Service Management Team to contribute to their continuous improvement objectives for a world class Configuration Management Database.
Translate service objectives into a CMDB design to support current and future needs
Automate the maintenance of the CMDB to greatest extent possible using ServiceNow Discovery
Refine contributions and scripts to continually improve CMDB quality, usability, and sustainability
2-5 years as an IT Professional in an enterprise using defined IT Service Management processes
Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and architecture
Analysis and design to ensure platform meets current needs and accommodates future
