Client in Rolling Meadows, IL is looking for a part time Help Desk Support candidate. Flexibility on hours and days based on your schedule  and availability. 

  • Provide level one technical support for resolving PC desktop, iPhone, iPad and network problems for both RM users and remote workforce
  • Evaluate and analyze PC system problems and user requests
  • Provide direct problem resolution, whenever possible and as quick as possible, for desktop and network problems 
  • Build from a clone image desktop PC and configure for specific users
  • Install application software
  • Install and support printers and other peripherals
  • Configure iPhones and iPads with MDM
  • Perform IMAC (installs, moves, adds, and changes)

  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Listen effectively to the needs of the user
  • Empathize with the user and engage in problem solving
  • Ability to comprehend industry standard network connectivity, navigation, and software installation
  • Background supporting Windows based platforms (Windows 7 & Windows 10), MS Server 2008 and 2012
  • MS Active Directory
  • MS Office365
  • MS Exchange 2010
